Complaints and claims
We inform you that you may file complaints about the tasks of insurance intermediation carried out by iSalud before the Customer Service Department and, where appropriate, before the Customer Ombudsman Department of the respective insurance companies for which iSalud mediates. You can consult the data of the Customer Service Departments of the insurance companies for which iSalud currently mediates in Insurance Companies section.
As long as you justify that you have previously made the claim before the insurance companies, and if the resolution has been unfavorable to your request or has not be resolved within two months from its presentation, you may submit a claim before the Directorate General of Insurance and Pension Funds (DGSFP) Claims Service, which is at Calle Miguel Ángel, 21, 28010, Madrid or through its website (http://www.dgsfp.mineco.es/gl/Consumidor/Reclamaciones/Paginas/InformacionProcedimiento.aspx).
The previous claim are not an obstacle to obtain legal protection, to appeal other conflict resolution mechanisms or other administrative protection instances.
Personal Data Processing
The data you provide for the purposes of forming the application and the insurance contract, as well as those generated as a result of the development and implementation of the aforementioned relationship, will be incorporated into a file for which is responsible the insurance company for which you are mediating, with the sole purpose of accomplishing or demanding the compliance with the rights and obligations arising from the insurance contract to be subscribed. Unless otherwise indicated, all the data requested will be mandatory, as it is necessary to maintain the contractual relationship.
Data subject can exercise its right of access, rectification, objection, limitation, erasure and portability of data at any time and not to be subject of automated decisions, by writing a request to the insurance company for which he/she is mediating to the postal address or to the email address mentioned in the insurance company previous information.
In this mediation service, iSalud will act as responsible for the handling of your personal data on behalf of the insurance company for which it is mediating, for the aforementioned purposes. For other services and / or products offered and marketed by iSalud, iSalud will act as data controller, in accordance with the provisions of its Privacy Policy, according to the provisions of the Data Protection Regulation.
Percentage interest in the capital or voting rights of an insurance company or insurance mediator
Montparvie IV SAS company, belonging to the insurance Assurances Group, has a holding, direct or indirect, representing more than 10% of the voting rights or capital stock of iSalud. iSalud doesn’t have a holding, direct or indirect, representing more than 10% of the voting rights or of the capital in a given insurance company.
Insurance contract offered to the customer
In the marketing of insurance: i) iSalud does not offer advice based on an objective and personalized analysis and ii) iSalud carries out the distribution activity for the insurance companies indicated in the "Insurance Companies".
The nature of remuneration received
In the marketing of insurance, iSalud receives a commission from the insurance company, included in the insurance premium, and may also receive some additional types of remuneration or economic benefits from it.
