iSalud, as an Associated Insurance Agency, performs its brokering activity on behalf of the insurance entities with which it has signed an agency contract, operating throughout Spain. You can consult the information of the insurance entities with which iSalud operates in Insurance Entities To that end, we hereby inform you that iSalud performs insurance brokering through its own service based on the comparator provided on its website, except for its large account customers that are part of a group insurance policy. In these cases, iSalud performs insurance brokering by physically submitting its offers to the companies taking on these insurance policies.
iSalud also operates as a service company in accordance with Law 4/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services, and offers services other than those corresponding to insurance brokerage activities. Among other services, iSalud provides you with medical prevention plans, search engines, medical advice via chat and/or video call, electronic prescriptions, legal guidance via chat, veterinary advice via chat, access to wellness content, information on rates for energy and telecommunications product, medical professionals, health news and advice, as well as the flexible remuneration platform service (iSalud Flex). And the services devoted to rates for energy and telecommunications products are promoted by iSalud to its clients on behalf and in the name of the entity PROFIELECTRA SL (hereinafter Selectra), with which it maintains a collaboration.
iSalud has and/or authorises various websites, each of them dedicated to each of the Insurance Entities with which it is linked. Consequently, only products or services (brokered by iSalud) of the Insurer to which each of them is intended will be eligible for contracting for each website, apart from the other services offered by iSalud other than brokerage.
The insurance products and services and the brokering of insurance offered or provided by iSalud are subject to current legislation and to the supervision and oversight of the General Directorate of Insurance and Pension Funds.
Likewise, on these websites, the user may find specific spaces for the other services offered by iSalud.

Use of the Software

In no case will iSalud or its suppliers be liable for any direct or indirect damage, or any other type of damage (including, but not limited to, lost profits, loss of data, financial or commercial damages), even in the event that iSalud has been informed of the possibility of such damages.
Security
The use by registered users of pages with contractual or transactional content is carried out in a secure environment through the SSL system and the Thawte SSL certificate.
Right of withdrawal
The Client will have a period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw from the contract remotely. The aforementioned period will be thirty calendar days in the case of life policies.
The period to exercise this right begins from the day the contract is formalised or from the day you receive the terms and conditions and information about the contract. With regard to life insurance, this begins when the consumer is informed that the contract has been formalised.

Claims
The satisfaction of our customers is a fundamental concern at iSalud.com, and that is why we are making the service for complaints and claims available to you, as well as providing you with the following information about where you can make your complaints and claims:
a) The Customer Service Department is at your disposal for the processing of complaints and claims related to the activity of ISALUD HEALTH SERVICES SL.

We hereby inform you that you can file complaints about the tasks of insurance brokerage carried out by iSalud with Customer Service and, where appropriate, with the Department of the Ombudsman of the respective insurance entities for which iSalud provides brokering services. You can ask for information about the Customer Service Departments of the insurance entities for which iHealth currently operates in Insurance Entities.
c) Provided you prove that you have previously made the claim to the Insurance Entities, and if the resolution has been contrary to your request or has not occurred within two months from its submission, you can make a claim to the Claims Service of the Directorate of Insurance and Pension Funds, which is at Paseo de la Castellana 44, 28046, Madrid or via its website (http://www.dgsfp.mineco.es).
Applicable legislation
Relations between iSalud and the users resulting from the online contracting of services and products and of any other activity and information contained in this website, shall be subject to Spanish legislation, with the express submission of the parties to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, except in the case of life insurance, the applicable jurisdiction of which shall be the courts of the jurisdiction of the policyholder.
